Hello from Iraq, just wanted to check in and let you know how big a fan my wife is of yours. She looks at your photos daily and is working towards her first goal,a fitness competition. Yet another year/anniversary is passing us by while I am deployed. I was hoping you would be able to find time to send my wife a special gift/message she would remember forever. Please let me know if you would be interested in assisting me to make the best of our currently seperated situation. Thanks and all the best.

Hi Jamie, I used to weight train approx 8yrs ago inherited from my father being a bodybuilder, Im wanting to get back into it and do a bikini or fitness comp just like yourself. I admire yourself and Neomi olah so trying to get some inspiration and direction from you. Im 5ft 2" 110Lbs 26yrs old and still in good shape. Im looking at training 3-4 times per week and if i have a diet to follow im quite disiplined. Could you give me some ideas on where to start again i.e diet and training program( I have a rough idea)but open to suggestions.
i used to do gymnastics and boxing and weight training so my legs have a tendency to get quite big, fast! I dont really want them too big (im not sure if i should just train them once a week). My diet is weetabix, tuna and cucumber or eggs, protein shake/bar and meal on a night time mon-fri and cheat on a weekend.
Thank you for taking time to read this and look forward to your reply
    Kind Regards

    Jamie-

Hey my name is John I am a naval nurse and just returned from afghanistan. I was out of shape and went through some huge depression. After returning to the US I got a personal trainer and have been working with her for 2 months now. I live in california and I am looking forward to going to the olympia in sept. I hope to meet you there. I would appreciate any words of encouragement or motivation. Some days can be tougher then others but I am here to work and my biggest goal is to become a male fitness model. I hope to hear from you thanks so much and your great.

    warmest regards-
    John

    Hi Jamie,

I'm returning to the gym after a long break (ten years). I'm roughly 100 pounds over weight and realize that I didn't put it on overnight and that its not going to come off over either. I want to stay motivated and keep going; when would be a good time to start to see results? I try to got at least three times a week; five if possible. I'm doing cardio on the stationary bike and then a friend of mine who is a trainer gave me a basic lifting regime that I've been doing. So far its been basically two weeks of being serious. We're also eating clean and no take out or fast food, no soda, etc. I will post pictures soon, but I'm not happy about them. Suggestions or words of encouragement would be wonderful.

    Hi Jamie,
I read that you met with a nutrition and it "transformed your body." I'm a 27-year-old female, 10-time marathon finisher and I'm doing my first full Ironman triathlon next week. I train seven days a week for anywhere from 2-8 hours per day. I strength train twice per week but my races demand primarily cardio training. I've been an ovo-lacto vegetarian for 20 years and my diet is very healthy but quite carb heavy. In spite of my intensive training, my body fat percentage hovers around 19-20% with a 20.5 BMI and a pronounced belly pooch. I know that is by no means overweight, but I'd think that 20 hours per week of intense training would have better results.
After this next race I'm ready to focus more on shorter distances and more strength training, and I'd also like to re-evaluate my diet. I'd love any tips you may have.

    Hi Jamie

I actually met you in 2007 and you've been an inspiration ever since. I hope I can meet you again in person sometime and get a new picture!

Anyways, I kinda know the answer to this, but I wanted to just confirm. For like the abdominals, there really is no spot reducing, unfortunately I believe the area around the abdominals is like the last area fat is lost?

I was just wondering, what is the best way or how can we maximize fat loss.

    Thanks

Hope I have some abdominals to show if I can get to meet you again in the future

    Hi Jamie!

I know you are sponsored by Bodybuilding.com. I was wondering what supplements such as fat burners or thermogenics you take to get you pre contest ready?

    Dear Jamie,

My boyfriend was a powerlifter in his youth and is still in decent shape. I am trying to get him into a better diet though, and I am wondering if my calorie calculations are accurate? He is 2.06m (6' 9.1") and has about 120kg (264lbs). Doing a four split routine, I worked out that he needs almost 3700kcal a day - which looks like a rather huge number to me, or is that for real?

    Best regards from Vienna

    PS. You are an inspiration!

    Jamie,

I am the NCOIC of an AID Station in Afghanistan. A while back we came across your 2009 calendar and decided that it shouldnt go away because it was an old calendar. Currently we have your pictures hung up inside, with a pic above each of the trauma beds. It seems to keep the guys calm focusing on you instead of the pain.
Recently a rocket hit our Aid Station and made a mess of it I was hoping you might be able to send us some replacement Pics for the guys.

    Hi Jamie!

I am a military spouse stationed overseas in Okinawa, Japan and I recently have been interested in figure competitions. I'm not sure if I have what it takes to do one, so I've started a self-regime of clean-eating and routine workouts. I've seen a major difference in the two weeks that I've been clean-eating and I love it!! I found out about it from the recent Oxygen special glutes magazine that you were in. You have been an inspiration to me since!
My question to you is about that exactly: glutes! I am in good shape overall and am complimented on my definition in my arms, yet I would like my legs and glutes to have that same recognition. How can I lift my butt using gym exercises?? I know the legs and lower back help with this also, so if you could please give me some exercises or routines I could do to help with this hard-to-reach area on me!

Thank you for being such an inspiration! You motivate me quite a bit and I find that working out has been a great stress relief and brings my spirits up especially when my husband is gone.

Hello from Cali Ms. Eason... Your beauty is absolutely captivating... I have seen a couple of video clips of you and you appear to be very down to earth... You are like the girl next door who one day walked outside and got hit by a whilwind of fame... LOL!!! You seem to handle it all very well... I have a few celebrities in my family and I know from talking to them that people, like yourself, who are famous love to be treated like normal individuals... Im sure everyone talks to you about fitness, but if I had the chance Id want to know what makes your heart dance??? What would cause your gorgeous smile to never leave your face??? Because underneath all of the fame and attention is a woman that longs to be known just as you are... At your core, you as a woman are so much greater than just outer beauty and fitness... Id want to see that side of you.. Really get to know your heart...

This is a continuation of my previous post:

An extensive internet search doesn't help much. There are too many personal trainer certifications or nutritionist certifications to go through to know which ones are valid or for lack of a better word, accredited programs.
I recently graduated from nursing school so I know certification and licensing is important. Trouble is, which one should I get for personal training and for nutrition?
Which one is the most valid or which one is the one people will look at and say, "he knows what he's doing". I would hate to waste time and money on a worthless certification.

    Thank you in advance!
Jamie Eason Store
