Breakfast with Jamie Eason & Kris Gethin in Manhattan, NYC

Jamie Eason is a renowned fitness model, writes for BodyBuilding.com and holds a syndicated column called Seize the Day! for Oxygen Women’s Fitness Magazine, and Kris Gethin is editor-in-chief of BodyBuilding.com and an accomplished writer, contributing to numerous publications.
Jamie Eason and Kris Gethin are both major health and fitness professionals we have been following for a long time and were very excited to meet in person!
One of the most interesting facts we learned is that Jamie Eason –who I must say is in the most amazing shape ever– does not do any cardio and believes solely in weight training to reach her goals.
Jamie Eason’s approach is that the more muscle we have on our body, the more body fat we will burn!
Now keep in mind this does not mean you will have huge bulging biceps! You can have a beautiful toned body by weight training and eating right. These are the two main factors to achieve a toned fit body.
