Bodybuilding.com interviews jamie eason
Jamie shares the benefits of good health and how she keeps maintains her workout routine while traveling.
“I think your physical health affects your mental and spiritual health as well.” Finding a balance is always difficult on the road. “Traveling definitely hinders my training goals…I am often forced to get creative with some of my training techniques. I am a huge proponent of plyometrics and circuit training now.”Ploymetrics is a series of exercises with quick, short bursts of movement such as jumping squats, butt kicks and push-ups. “As far as my diet goes, planning ahead is key!" Jamie shares, "if I fail to pack the proper foods, my body changes quickly because I do not hold the same amount of muscle that I used to, which made me more metabolic (burn more calories at rest). For me, it is a constant struggle to find the right balance.”
