    Monday: Heavy Upper Body
    Tuesday: Light Lower Body and Abs, plus Cardio
    Wednesday: Off
    Thursday: Light Upper Body
    Friday: Heavy Lower Body and Abs
    Saturday: Cardio (Running or Stepmill)
    Sunday: Off
